Managing Directors Dr. Andreas Martens and Andree de Boer bring decades of expertise in consulting and software engineering to the company. Both have impressive career histories and have successfully led teams and projects in previous roles at renowned companies such as adesso SE and Capgemini SE. Their knowledge and leadership skills form the backbone of the company, ensuring the successful execution of our projects and reinforcing our position as a trusted partner in the industry.
Our team combines data advocates, data architects, solution architects, data engineers and many more with diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise, all working towards a common goal. This broad spectrum of knowledge allows us to craft customized, data-driven solutions for our clients. We build our collaboration on trust, responsibility, clear communication, and a deep understanding of our clients’ needs. Our focus is always on delivering excellence—not just in solving technical challenges, but in creating meaningful, long-term value.
Our strong focus on research and development is reflected in the fact that each employee dedicates approximately 20% of their working hours to training and research. Additionally, we maintain effective partnerships with various organizations. For example, as a member of the German AI Association, the country’s largest AI network, we engage in dynamic exchanges with representatives from politics and business.
